Winter Springs is located north of Orlando, and was recently ranked by Money Magazine as the 31st best place to live in the United States and the 2nd best place to live in the state of Florida.

Winter Springs Area Information

Winter Springs is a family oriented area that offers a small town feeling with the wide range of entertainment and activities you would expect to find in a large city. Wide open spaces allow for the many parks and recreation facilities, with even more are in planning stages. Many of the parks offer tennis, basketball and volleyball, along with swimming, trails, community rooms, dog parks, soccer and softball fields.

Winter Springs is the proud host of the Annual Central Florida Scottish Highland Games, a family fun festival with Scottish heritage, food, entertainment, events, pipes and drums competition, kid games and parades. The Scottish Highland Games is a huge community event and should not be missed and draws crowds from all over the Central Florida area.

Part of what makes Winter Springs so great is that is still captures that small town feel, with fun community events, plenty of parks and great schools, yet it still offers luxury condos, amazing homes, upscale shops, prime office space and a great down town center with close access to the city of Orlando.
